My lawn was mowed when they said it would be done and they did even more than I expected which was great. My yard has not looked this good since I bought my house and I think this company is very, very good. I wish there was something better than excellent to rate them with as they deserve. Great job; very pleased.

Chad and I talked about what I wanted done. His crew did everything to my yard exactly on what we talked about. All in all they did a fantastic job. I would hire them again

Chad Shaylor does the lawn care where I work. On Wed April 29th while he was driving through our parking lot his vehicle scrapped the back rear bumper of my car, cracking it and leaving vermilion green paint on my white bumper. I went out to talk to him he was sorry but had to leave so his employee that stayed behind called him on the phone and we spoke. Chad assured me he would take care of it and "make you happy". After I got 2 estimates for the work (I also told Chad I would not need the rental car - I thought this would save him some money) to replace the broken rear bumper cover and rear bumper moulding ($915 and $1056) Chad decided to go to his insurance. His insurance adjuster from Erie Insurance, Glenn Parke, came out and looked at my car. At first Glenn said his estimate came in higher than my low estimate. Then he decided that the bumper could be repaired. I explained that I wanted the bumper fixed (i.e. replaced) to the way it was before Chad hit me. Glenn said - repair. Glenn's estimate came in $186 lower than my lowest estimate. I called Chad to tell him I was not happy and would he be willing to make this right. Chad explained this is why he has insurance and that was the end of it for him. I have told Chad I will be contacting the building owner since he/Chad was basically a sub-contractor for them and also my insurance agent. I feel that getting the bumper replaced to the condition it was in before Chad hit me is not being unreasonable. If I were to sell this car and a vehix report was run on it, it would come up that the bumper had been damaged and only repaired which could affect the price. I just want the car restored to the condition it was before Chad hit it. At this point I am waiting for my agent to call me back. Personal feeling: Since what happened was in NO WAY my fault I should not be expected to pay to make it right.
