"Countertop installation was ok, but they didn't install a dishwasher bracket; they said I could do it myself. 25 calls later, I got them to come back and do it, for which I paid an additional $150; they did it incorrectly; currently my dishwasher hangs at an angle, impeding cabinet doors. When I enquired about it, hoping to have it fixed, the man I spoke to, Anthony, talked over me, told he "they had installed the bracket which is all the job they had to do." When I pointed out that it wasn't done correctly, he said "I don't understand what you don't get about this!" and he hung up on me. The worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time. I had to hire someone else to make it right; I would never trust these guys again."
