The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. Rick changred the shape of the countertop from an "L" to a "U," added 2 cabinets, and built the tile countertop on site,. He added a tile backsplash with the extra tile at no additional cost!! He finsihed the project by completing the trim to blend everything together. He used a special stain-proof grout, relieving my concern of food staining the grout. And I just love the oak trim edging on my ceramic tile!!."
