"We engaged Better Living Patio and Sunrooms of Pittsburgh to transform our screened in porch into a four-season room. Our primary goal was the creation of a space where our grandchildren could play in the sunroom while we remained in our home. We planned to talk with them and visit through a window, since we are both at high risk for COVID due to cancer. I asked that the room be complete by Thanksgiving, but, as November dates became closer to the holiday, it appeared we would not meet the date. I appealed to our salesperson, Anthony, who connected me with the owner, Ray Hepp. Mr. Hepp was extremely helpful, moving quickly to obtain back orders (due to COVID) and assigning his team to finish the room before the holiday. We love our new room! Because of Mr. Hepp's integrity and kindness, we were able to share not only Thanksgiving, but also Christmas holidays with our family while maintaining the distance we need to remain safe. The room is outstanding, the construction beautifully done, and we are extremely pleased. I would recommend this business to anyone without reservation. Thank you, Mr. Hepp!"

"Fantastic job all around. Had a new concrete floor installed, foundation footers poured to repair garage foundation and had my covered porch enclosed by Neel Outdoor works. Great communication, prompt, clean work site, wonderful crew, quality work, I can't say enough good things. Travis is my go to for all future projects."

"Keo and his crew did an awsome job on our stamped concrete patio install. They got us scheduled within just a few weeks and the full install completed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Kahoalii Koncrete for any future projects."

"Ryan exceeded our expectations. They built a retaining wall, fixed the end of our driveway and filled in a ditch that ran the entire length of the front of the house. All 3 projects look fantastic."

"I've known Ed for years and he's always been a professional and upstanding guy. When getting a quote I just met his business partner Chevy, he knows his stuff about concrete with over a decade in the industry. Together they make a great team. We have done remodeling and construction for years and we knew exactly what we wanted and told them our plans and showed them the layouts. With a few suggestions and tweaks on their end, it was a fast easy project when we all worked together. Upstanding guys and a great price. We have them on board for our concrete contractors when we need them for renos."

"Resurface patio , crew worked till the job was done . Looks great ."

"Wonderful everyone that helped was extremely professional! Will hire them again in the future. Amazing follow up to make sure everything worked out perfectly."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"I had called several contractors looking to have my roof replaced. Steadfast/Brian was the first to call me back - I was pleased with the timeliness of his response. Having never replaced a roof before I was apprehensive about the process. Brian took me through step by step - gave me a detailed estimate and let me ask as many questions as necessary till I felt comfortable. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were there when they said they would be, cleaned up as much as possible on a daily basis and I felt safe with them on my property. I would highly recommend Steadfast Custom Construction! Thanks guys!"
