"We hired them to do a demolition project for us in spring 2021. They bid a fair price and finished the demolition quickly. TJ and his crew all seemed quite nice and friendly. The problem is they never finished cleaning up all the stuff that they said they’d take away. It’s been two years and I’ve been reminding him periodically, but I think it’s been long enough. If you use them just make sure you don’t make the last payment before the work is completely finished."

Gravel alternative materials for driveways include traditional options like concrete and asphalt. If you want the look of natural stone, stone pavers are another option that sometimes uses gravel around the pavers. For maximum drainage, permeable driveways or brick driveways are also popular choices.

The cost depends on the type of natural stone. High-end stones can cost as much as porcelain, but it depends on the specific material. You can contact your building department or ask your paving company if you need a permit. Your driveway professional will usually pull the permit for you.
