Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! These guys came in and put a round small cylinder well. Water pumps up into our yard turning it into a swamp. Called them to come and see the problem they created. Their response $2900 to fix THEIR DAMAGE. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!"

"I am revising my initial review of Premier Home Pros. My prior review gave them a 5 star. Now, I'm dropping that to a 2 star. Attractive install. However, after we started using the shower, we immediately began to see a great deal of water escaping the shower. I've been placing call after call to get them back to correct the job. It's going on a month now. Up to this point, they have NOT acted in good faith and returned calls or corrected the problem. I have photographed the problems for them, i.e., where and how water is escaping, but no response from them. What's the point of a shower that looks good, but daily is leaking water? Of course they've been paid in full which is why they are now hard to get a response from. The distance between shower doors is too big. It's actually a distance of three fingers, i.e., 2 1/2 inches, the bottom of the doors themselves are too high, so water can escape, the bottom ridge intended to hold water in is too low. So, water is escaping."
