"We bought a new central air unit, great quality, great price and excellent customer service. Communication with the salesman Dave was top notch. Very friendly and professional. Did the install in a little over six hours. Very respectful of our property and kept everything nice and clean. We will be having them service our oil furnace every year. Overall I give them 5 stars."

"I had a great experience with this HVAC company from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and made sure the job was done right. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest HVAC service. I will definitely be using them again in the future!"

"Fantastic contractor. Scott came to my house to provide estimate for furnace installation. Except for the fact that I decided on different approach, Scott would have been my #1 choice. He was over-the-top thorough and comprehensive in inpecting oil furnace, provided detailed and comprehensive information on options, was honest and candid in his assessment. Told me what was necessary and what was optional, not trying to sell me on what he wanted to sell. He also had excellent pricing. Bottomline, he is one of the best contractors I've ever met."

"Both Tara and Robert have been very professional and courteous from the time of the first call till the end. Robert gave extra attention to my specific water heater needs and came back a second time to install and remove a recirculation pump. Also fixed a minor leak on a Sunday. I have recommended to have them add to my HOA preferred vendor list."

"Install action went fine but after the installer left we had problems with water pressure. It turned out that the manufacturer installed tubes in the heater where the water goes in and comes out restricting the flow. The technician found this and once removed we had our water pressure back. Although it took two days to resolve, the technician stayed on top of it and made sure the heater worked to our satisfaction.

Install Boiler questions, answered by experts

You should get anywhere from three to five quotes for HVAC replacement to get an idea of the average cost of a new unit. Although this quote-collecting process can be time consuming, it allows you to compare what work is required, what type of unit you should install, and how much you should expect to pay for the service.

If you have a closed-system boiler that requires an expansion tank, you cannot safely operate it without one, as this risks extensive damage or even explosions. You must find a way to make room for the installation. Options include repositioning the boiler, rerouting the boiler piping to a more open area, or performing minor remodeling to create the necessary space. If you are unsure whether your boiler needs an expansion tank or how to best accommodate one, it's recommended to have a local heating service professional assess the situation. They can confirm the requirement and suggest the most practical solution.

The right type of HVAC system will depend on several factors, including your climate, budget, preferences, and existing HVAC setup. For example, if you live in an area that experiences extreme weather, then a split system would likely be the best option. Or, if budget is a concern, consider installing a ductless system in just one room.

Yes, most municipalities require a permit for propane boiler installation to ensure safety and code compliance. Permit fees vary by location and are often included in your installer’s quote, as they’ll handle the permitting process. Ensure that you always check local regulations before starting your project to avoid fines or delays.

The cost of propane and related services varies depending on tank size and location but generally ranges from $500 to $2,500 for installation and initial fill.
