"Rick and his crew were just what I was looking for. I had questions about replacing my home roof with metal and Rick answered them all along with a few suggestions that I hadn't thought of. He came to my home on the day the supplies were being delivered to be sure everything was correct and direct the driver where to put them. The workers were reliable, (at the work site at 6am everyday), friendly, and most importantly skillful. I love my new roof and have been getting calls and comments from neighbors and friends who drive by. I would surely recommend RMS Contractors to anyone looking for a new roof!"

"We contracted with Ben of Level Interior Solutions LLC for a total interior painting project. Part of the project was to repair a few areas of bad, peeling paint and to repair a ceiling area ruined by a leaking roof. We also wanted lay-in ceiling tile replaced in our sunroom. The scope of the job consisted of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 hallways, kitchen, living room, foyer, TV room, sunroom, office, and laundry room, all in a tri-level home. It is a large project. Ben’s and his partner Skylar’s work is meticulous. They are skilled at prep work. Nothing was left poorly done, or undone. Ben remarked that they will get the house looking as pristine as it looked right after it was newly built. And he did. Ben and Skylar are excellent painters. There are no paint overruns, smears, lines, or misses. The ceilings and walls are perfect. Their work ethic is exactly what is wanted and expected. They always appear when they say they will, inform us of what they will be doing that day, work professionally the entire day, and clean up at the end of the day. The entire job took 2 weeks and 2 days, and never once did we have to sit in a dusty, messy home. Ben and Skylar made sure that the work area was presentably clean and not left in total disruption. We have no reservations in recommending Ben of Level Interior Solutions for your interior needs. We interviewed several people and are extremely pleased that we made the right choice in Ben and Level Interior Solutions."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

Stone, marble, and brick are common building materials of Neoclassical architecture, though you will also find wood flooring and a range of natural stone tiles. Since several home styles fall under Neoclassical architects' umbrella, a range of building materials—including traditional wood framing—will make an appearance.

Yes, professionals will offer tailored solutions to fit architectural and personal style preferences.

Italianate architecture is a reinterpretation of Renaissance styles, combining elements of Italian farmhouses and villas with Victorian materials and construction. This home style emerged in the Victorian era, gaining popularity in the U.S. in the mid-to late-1800s. The style came about in response to what many then viewed as the too-rigid and stuffy Classical style designs.

The country's most famous Neoclassical architecture appears in major government buildings and college campuses. The White House is unmistakably the most famous example, though the Capitol Building and Thomas Jefferson's Monticello are also iconic uses of the design.

Designs typically take 2-6 months, depending on factoring, project size, and customization needs. Larger or more complex designs may require additional time for approval and revisions.
