Over the years, I tried to regrout and caulk my shower with over-the-counter type grout and, not being a professional, all I was accomplishing was sealing the cracks and it looked terrible when I was done. I needed a professional and I found the perfect person in William Wolffe of Wolffe Tile & Grout Restoration. Will was great. He was professional, courteous, meticulous, and certainly well-experienced. It is amazing how Will was able to restore my 30-year-old tile shower to better than new. He did a fantastic and awesome job. There are not enough words to describe how pleased I am with Will's service. He has an amazing ability to restore tile and grout from terrible to awesome. "I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"The pricing was excellent for all of my materials. The marble backsplash I ordered was even cheaper than at the local big box store. Their designer, Virginia Capone, was so helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what would work best for my design and budget. She helped me to feel less overwhelmed with all the decisions, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Some of our home renovations took longer than we had anticipated, but Eastern Surfaces was so accommodating with holding our materials for a little longer until we were ready for installation. That was a huge help! Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them!"

"We asked Petru and his colleague to remove the floor grout in our large bathroom, which had become badly soiled and discolored. We had an electric tool which my husband had used to remove grout successfully in other rooms. Unfortunately the tile in our bathroom was ceramic tile that could not withstand the vibration of the tool without chipping.We talked about removing the tile and putting in new,but we asked them to just try removing the grout first, They did it BY HAND. It took all day but they were successful. The next day it was sealed, and the floor looks like new!"

"Because of the great reviews on Angie's list, I wanted Dennie's Resurfacing.  I paid more for the service because he came from 2 hours away.  It was worth the extra cost.  I am a shoeless house and when they came in they graciously removed their shoes and were so considerate of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old glass doors I no longer wanted. That was impressive to me! They were so kind, cordial, and respectful.  The tub looks brand new--that saved me thousands of dollars and all the mess of construction!  The only challenge was the smell (I'm a health nut) but they do "green" so I was just patient for the smell to leave (I do not have a window in that bathroom); however within 24 hours the smell was gone. They have a five year warranty...so I hope to not need them, but if I do I'll report on warranty service at that time.  I wholehearted recommend this company.
