I bought a house that needed 14 trees down, a couple were over 100 feet tall. I bought this house which had pretty extensive roof damage caused by dead fallen limbs and the roof was going to get replaced within the first week of closing so I needed the trees down prior to the roof being replaced as per the roofer.
