"It went wonderful. Yes, pictures are included from the bad project aka what they had to fix, to the crew making the kitchen beautiful and a delight for my family and me to really enjoy. They fixed all the bathroom faucets. They fixed two broken drawers. They took the moldy fan(pictured) and replaced it with beautiful lights I bought from IKEA. And they painted the ceiling area where the roof leak damage occurred. Will show as many photos as I can submit. Dean, Garman, and Matt were a great team and I am so glad that I found them. And I found them here through Angie's List. Pricing was done on individual projects at different interludes. Thus does not reflect entire projects costs overall. I forgot the overall costs as we were adding on projects to a fixer-upper. Yet Action Door-Dean was very amazing and priced as such for me."

"Colmar Contracting is the best. We contacted four separate contractors in May/June for estimates to paint our home this summer. We were reluctant to bring in others to work on our home as we try to do all of our own house projects. Painting is not one of our strengths and therefore we decided to contract out for quality of work and timely completion of such a large project. With most estimates being fairly similar, we decided to work with Colmar and were not disappointed. Along with listening to our ideas as to what we wanted, they also provided expert insight into those ideas and helped shape our final decisions. The painters showed up promptly and ready to work hard every day. They were very accommodating to me as I was off work and home during the time frame they were working in our home. The painters were friendly, courteous, and attentive to our requests. They finished painting our entire home in only eight days. Our biggest concern was attention to detail and we are very impressed with the quality of their wok as well as their willingness to meet our demands and go above and beyond expectations. "Had an emergency when the shut off valve for the main water line failed before the meter. Basement was flooding. Adrian called and had the water company there to shut off the water from the street asap! He then rushed over and replaced the pipe and valve within the hour on a Saturday afternoon. Amazing and professional work. We also used him for a hot water heater replacement. He analyzed the water heater and informed us we didnt have to replace it. He then replace the thermostat and heating element costing a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole heater. Extremely honest and trustworthy. It is so hard to find in contractors with integrity today. We will use them again. Highly recommend!"
