"They come once a year and go over the boiler. They don't charge, but I have them on a payment for $9.95 per month, but that gives me priority. They would come on a weekend if I have a disaster.  Then they come out once a year for an inspection. Its not the quality of their service, but they are always trying to up sell. The last time they came her telling me he detected carbon monoxide at a higher level around the boiler. He said one of the seals had cracks in it. I asked if he could seal it and he said no that they would have to send someone out to do it. I said okay well I have a CO2 detector and it never goes off. So he said well better safe than sorry. But it was thousands of dollars. So I asked how much does a new boiler cost. They have a sales person and as soon as he said that, I said here we go again. So they would price me for a new boiler, and not for the repair. The boiler wasn't even 10 years old. So, their service guys do a a great job, they are very nice, and polite. They are clean and have their tools, and all their stuff, but you have to be aware of them up selling you. I put my CO2 detector on the boiler and it still didn't go off. So I don't know what he was talking about."

"Would absolutely recommend John Mullen and his company. From the first time I called John he was very responsive and professional. I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. I truly appreciate the quick and professional communication throughout the whole process. The guys that came with him to do the work were also professional and they got the job done quickly. "Everything went wonderfully. After purchasing the offer, I was contacted almost immediately to set up an evaluation. They wanted to send out an employee to make sure that nothing else was needed to complete the project and he was here within a few days. I was then able to schedule the installation and it was a week later. I was contacted to ask if I was ok that the installation was pushed back a few hours due to delay in another job. They did a great job of always keeping me informed of what time they would be here. My installation, by Denny, was done quickly and professionally. He went over everything with me and made sure that I knew how the unit worked. He suggested a few things that I could have done on my furnace as well but didn't push anything on me. "Will and Rob showed up at the house and the appointed time and started right at it. The old a/c, furnace,duct work, wiring, and gas line were gone in no time. When they started the install, took their time to get everything perfect. Constantly checking for level and plum of all units, ducts, plumbing, and even wiring. Explained what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Both Will and Rob very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. I worked in the plumbing wholesale for 20 years, so I know a bit about was going on. The new technology is amazing. They installed a 96 percent efficient furnace with a 16 seer a/c unit by Amana. Came with a lifetime warranty on the a/c compressor and furnace heat exchanger, the two main components.
They did an excellent job. All the old units were taken away and site was completely cleaned cleaner than before they started. Will even filled out the rebate form from the electric company for me.

"It has decreased dust in our house and is replaced once a year during our maintenance check up.  They have also installed our house air conditioning system six years ago.  They are very accommodating with your time schedule and always willing to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.  If you have an emergency,  they will be there even after business hours.  I definitely recommend them for all your furnace and air conditioning needs.
