There were several instances & extras that came about being the building was let go and repaired badly, but William brought everything to my attention right a way and also had a plan and estimate of what it would take to continue on in the best economical manner. William took every step needed to complete this job including going to a Historical Committee meeting on "his own time" to ensure the integrity of the contract. They showed up very early and worked well into the day, every weather permitting day. (being it is winter time and they were replacing the roof) I pleasantly never had to guess where they were on progress being they kept in contact well and every time I visited the site, the progression was very obvious. They cleaned up the area well after completion and the water leak problems I have had since I started to manage this building have now CEASED totally and the tenants are even "thumbs up" on how it looks. William's crew are very respectful and polite & were also very polite to my tenants which makes me even happier. The building looks amazing now which raises the value and adds much more curb appeal.
