"I recommend Martin Hartel without hesitation. He and his crew are the best contractors I have ever dealt with. I am so happy and fortunate to have been able to use their services to complete our dream basement. First of all, Martin has so much experience, expertise and skill. His craftsmanship is impeccable. And his ability to work with you to pull out your ideas, and turn them into reality, is awesome. He is extremely patient and smart, and knows how to balance cost and quality to deliver what you want at a fair price. Some of the things that most impressed me were his attention to detail, desire to do quality work, and just their overall goal to make sure the client is happy. I could tell he was treating my job as if he was finishing his own basement. The framing and wiring were impeccable. Many contractors will do sloppy work with wiring, figuring it will be covered anyway. Martin’s wiring was so clean, smartly run, and used the best materials. The subcontractors he works with are also top notch. The drywall and painting were done quickly and to a high standard. Finally, the overall design and fit and finish were excellent. Everyone who sees our basement is blow away. From the wet bar, to the bathroom, to the custom iron railing, everything is perfect. And I can tell you that his price was substantially better than what the builder wanted to basically do four walls and lighting. Honestly I’m so pleased I wish he could remodel my whole house! If your considering a basement remodel project, do yourself a favor and try to get on Martin’s schedule. You won’t regret it!"

"We had a leak behind the wall in an upstairs bedroom. I found Kees Construction on a whim searching for estimates- doing the usual, get 3 estimates and go with the middle price. I started with them and never even bothered looking for anyone else. These guys are exceptional. They showed up on time, were thorough and friendly and I could tell right away they knew what they were doing. There were no surprises, John kept me updated on the costs and what to expect throughout the project. We had the same 2 guys working on the house start to finish which made everything very comfortable and seamless. Start to finish only took a few days and they left the house soo clean! The right side of the house had the leak. Knowing the siding wouldn't match our old aluminum siding, we had them side the other side too. We can't believe how great everything turned out. It looks like a new house! Thanks so much Kees Construction. Definitely recommend them for any size project!"

"Outstanding experience with Home One, covering our master bathroom/master bedroom renovation and complete basement refinishing including a spa installation. The entire team was professional, responsive and easy to work with from beginning to end. Communication was excellent throughout the project as they kept us informed every step of the way about material delivery dates, planned daily work schedules, and subcontractor coordination. They used top-quality subcontractors for plumbing, flooring, fixtures and electrical. The team made great suggestions for materials and style choices as well, which made a use difference in the end product. The price was fair and the final cost stayed very close to the original estimate despite the large time and material scope of the project. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. "Morgan is truly a Jack of all trades. He has fixed interior trim, adapted and installed closet doors, built a door frame for a new door in my hallway, and rebuilt my shed and its doors. He is also on deck for installing interior window trim and a garage access door and new windows. He offers solutions to my ideas, explains what he will do, and has even offered a money saving idea on my shed. I recommend him highly."

"Their manager came to the house and he was very helpful and had some ideas on our kitchen remodel. Before he left he said he would have a quote by next week. "When I called around to gather estimates, Andrea Woodall was the only one that didnâ t change her tone or tell me there was no way we could have everything we wanted in our kitchen with the budget we set. We wanted to remove walls and have our kitchen & dining room combined in to one large space with plenty of cabinetry. Andrea is super knowledgeable and super professional, she listened to me and made great suggestions. We didnâ t change one thing in her design. We were happy with the knowledge and enthusiasm of our Project Manager. She walked us through the whole process and tentative timing of the project. Things started off a little shaky and a bit unorganized but canâ t say enough good things about the crew that did the demo (which was gross), support beam, and getting ceiling & walls ready for drywall. Alex, Bob & Kenton worked hard and cared about our kitchen. Also, Rudy had to work hard to get the electric, heating & plumbing right. Heâ s a super upbeat, likeable & nice guy to be around. Our Project Manager, for personal reasons, had to step down. Nate was assigned to take over our project and communication and scheduling improved. He kept things moving forward. He seemed to have a ton on his plate already but took good care of us. Nate is a good representative of Home Remodeling Pro (even though heâ s a cowboyâ s fan ð ). We are ecstatic with the results! At least once every day I say, â I canâ t believe this is our kitchenâ . This is a big â thank youâ to Mike Wynn & Rich for their excellent workmanship.
