John and Lucas did a great job. He came in with the best bid and aimed to finish the fastest. We requested a full kitchen remodel with a wall removal. We added new lvp, stairs, rails and spindles. Everything looks great.

Relentless Remodels Inc. did a fantastic job in our house in Thornton, CO. We started with the idea of remodeling the kitchen and living area with an open space concept. Things went so well, we decided to do the entire house, including the basement. John is very meticulous and will make sure everything is done right. He was flexible as we navigated through the project. We are super happy with the work.

John was very knowledgeable, quick and fair with completing this job!

We will be taking Mr. Moyer to small claims court for $3000+ in both overcharges for work not done or damages from incorrectly installed shoe molding and laminate resulting in concaved flooring throughout the home. He was removed from Thumbtack due to these concerns. He is a liar and a fraud, and our biggest mistake was hiring him instead of paying properly for a reputable contractor. His contract fraudulently claims he has liability insurance. He will refuse to provide you with the needed information for his alleged insurance when you request it after he damages your home. I also encourage you to run a simple criminal background check on him before he enters your home, as if we had done this initially, we never would have trusted him, which would have saved us literally thousands of dollars in damages we will now be working to recover.

John was quite easy to work with, listened to my expectations, he walked me through each step and kept me informed of progress and worked around a lot of tricky corners and leveling. Highly recommend, as he made the process of completing the work informative and professional.

John is a thief. He stole my drill and upcharged me on things that did not make sense. He played loud music of himself wrapping saying the N word and about selling drugs.

Excellent experience start to finish. John called almost immediately after I clicked submit for a quote. He was available for my project with short notice, and accommodated my time window. Just right communication - day before reminder and ETA morning of. Arrived on time, started project right away, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and was respectful to residents and the property.

John is a great charismatic man. I enjoyed his company more than the work he did which was still phenomenal but that just goes to show what a good guy he is. Will be hiring for everything from now on.

John completed 1500 square feet in 3 days. The floor looks extravagant for a great price. If anyone needs laminate installed I would go with this company every time.

I was looking for someone to fix my flooring for months no one would finish the job that the last guy screwed up on. I found John just by Google. He called me and told me why no one would fix it, he was honest. And he wanted to help me from all that I went though. He ended up going over the messed up tile with vynal flooring, leveled everything and came out looking great. He came out 2 hours away the same day and finished the next day. The pay was very reasonable. The flooring ended up being on sale and he called with good news that it was 500$ cheaper. So he is trustworthy and gets the job don't right, with contracts and makes everything smooth and efficient. Definitely will hire him again.

John did great work. He was very quick and efficient. Also was a very energized and positive individual. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done and will be hiring him for any future work that needs to be done.

After John left I had so many broken boards on my baseboards. I had so many gaps and cracks in the floors I had to hire another guy to redo everything. John can demo NOT install. I absolutely wasted a ton of money here it was traumatic.

Amazing, & efficient work. Work completed weeks sooner than other companies quoted me. Very respectful of my family and home. I will be hiring this company again in the next 3 months, & advise anyone looking for quality work to do the same.
