"I can't say enough about working with Diane at Carriage House II. I found them via an internet search. Diane keep me informed about every step of the project. Two of the chairs were done in a beautiful large paisley print, which they perfectly matched. The other four were done in a subdued brown tweed, subtly picking up the colors in the paisley print. They not only upholstered the chairs, but also strengthened them and fixed a broken one. The chairs are better then they have ever been. I can't thank them enough. My dining room has a designer look with these "new" chairs."

"I researched Vegh Contracting on this site before asking for an estimate, and it was worth it! The reviews here are true. I am selling my house and needed wallpaper removed in the living room, dining room, stairway, hallway and in one bedroom. It was too much for me to do and I needed to sell my house! I needed a professional who could add me to their schedule soon and still be able to have showings during the work. I picked the right contractor for the job! They came to do the estimate quickly and put me on their schedule within a week. I had to cancel that first start date, but they were very understanding. And when I called again to schedule the work a second time, they fit me right in again without any complaints! They arrived each day on time and left each day after vacuuming and cleaning up all areas. This was so helpful since I had nighttime showings to sell the house. They helped me choose great colors for all of the walls and ceilings after the wallpaper was removed. I found a buyer less than 2 weeks after this work was finished. It looks amazing for a house that's over 100 years old thanks to Vegh Contracting! You will not be disappointed if you use them. Professional, nice, and good work results with fair prices! "WARNING!! DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!! Jonathan J. Berghold/Platinum Kitchens is a player a THEIF a manipulator and a well rehearsed LIAR. He will show up promptly for an estimate and the down payment. He will tell you what you want to hear about your cabinets. He will promise you it will take a week to refinish your kitchen cabinets and nothing could be further than the truth. He will NOT SHOW UP when he indicates!! He will tell you excuse after excuse about the progress of your cabinets in his workshop ( my husband needed to visit him several times to check his work only to discover our cabinets where NOT sanded and ready to go the next day) His work quality was quite poor (cabinets were not properly cleaned , drip marks when he did paint, he sanded against the grain).Doors that were sanded were poorly or incompletely sanded. The workers he sent over spent more times on their phones than out cabinets or showed up with only a roll of tape and needed to leave for several hours to find a sander. Only 25 hours of work was completed within a 3 week time period. He continuously left us waiting for him to arrive at our house despite his many txts saying he was coming over to work that day. He disappeared for a week. We waited too long to fire him and gave him too many chances. My husband needed to retrieve the cabinet doors and drawers from his workshop after we figured out he wasn’t really going to finish our job. Upon retrieving the doors we discovered several doors somehow DISAPPEARED. Only when I threatened to file a police report did our missing doors reappear. My disable husband put in many hours cleaning, sanding and painting to cover our financial loss of $1500. We now need to find a new contractor to complete the job while we live in chaotic non-usable kitchen for the next month."
