"I have been working with J Francis Company and am in the final planning phase of a complete renovation of my kitchen, laundry, and primary bath and closet. What has impressed me most about the J Francis professionals is the high level of detailed communication. We have had weekly in-person or virtual meetings, which are always followed up with written meeting notes to confirm our decisions and correct anything if needed. This keeps the project moving forward. They are resourceful in providing great options for finishes for me to choose from and have quickly learned my style and vision for my home.
