Get matched with top basement remodelers in Modena, PA

"Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"Very satisfied with our basement remodel. They were extremely responsive to any and all concerns."

"I had an outstanding experience with Manfredia Carpentry & General Contracting, LLC in finishing a basement project. From start to finish, the team was highly professional, communicative and reliable. They consistently showed up on time, kept me informed throughout the project and were proactive in addressing questions and making any necessary adjustments. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations and the final result was a beautiful new living space. I would highly recommend Manfredia to anyone looking for a dependable contractor who delivers exceptional results."

"Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

"We decided to demo and redo our entire house. It involved taking down walls, drywall work, flooring, etc. Everything was finished beautifully and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend for any interior home improvement projects."

"Clint and his crew remodeled our basement. Clint gave a reasonable estimate and worked fairly and efficiently through a few changes we requested. Started and finished as estimated. The work was top quality and all of the crew were courteous and conscientious. Couldn't ask for more."

"Dan and his son are an absolute dream come true and no one in our family will ever hire somebody else. Are basement was completely unfinished, and in fact had a lot of our junk all over, and Dan was able to listen carefully to our ideas and thoughtfully make recommendations as to what would work best. The end result is honestly so much better than we ever imagined. Our kids now spend a lot of time in the basement playing games and making memories. We could not be happier with our decision to trust Dan, and in fact we miss seeing him like we did during the project! After finishing our basement, all of our friends asked who was able to do such a good job, and subsequently we've referred Dan and his son to our in-laws and also our good friends for major projects. Look no further, this is the team you are trying to find!"

"After dealing with water issues in our basement for years, we finally found someone to help remedy our issue. The Basement Gurus saved the day."

"We used Merryfield for this siding project, which was part of a kitchen remodel.  Our contractor did not specialize in siding and asked that we have the work performed by someone else.  We needed siding installed where a window was being eliminated to make room for additional cabinets.  The process was easy for this project, from estimate to completion.  They worked within the requests of our kitchen contractor and the work was done quickly.  The siding on our house is old and not readily available.  Merryfield was able to source the replacement siding even after we were told by another company that this was not possible.
