I had a positive experience working with this company. Today, I contacted them regarding a potential leak and mold issue. Will promptly visited our home to assess the situation. After thorough inspection of the basement, he found no alarming issues, only some moisture. He generously spent time educating us on moisture management in the basement, and there were no consultation charges as no problems were found. Very genuine company to work with if you have some serious issues.

They came out and worked very professionally.

Josh was friendly, punctual, and professional. The water is gone and fans are drying the whole basement. He and his team took care of our belongings that were stored in the basement, many of which were water damaged. They put everything in boxes and raised them off the floor on wood pallets.

This company was great. They were easy to deal with on the phone, communicated well, came promptly and when they said they would. The guys who came had a great demeanor - as you can imagine, it is stressfull having essentially a small flood in the basement. They were understanding and knowledgeable. They vacuumed up the water and then set up fans and a huge dehumidifier to dry things out. They left their equipment for several days and were flexible with my schedule about coming back to pick it up. When they came to pick up their equipment, they tested all the walls and floors to make sure everything was dry. Re-tested one last time before they left and found one spot on the wall that was still registering as being damp, so they left a fan on that for a few more days. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, I would definitely give them a call.

They arrived within an hour of contacting them and started water remediation assessment and procedures immediately. Willing to work with my insurance company directly. Super professional and communicate all work done. Received copy of report that they sent to my insurance company as well. Highly recommend.

Two weeks before my wife was due to give birth, our toilet supply line broke and filled our master bathroom, and then dining room and then basement with water. We called Waterpro that night and they started work at 10pm and continued over the next few days. They referred me to TonyPro Painting, who I also highly recommend, and between put my house back together before the baby arrived. They were highly professional, they did a great job and they were able to work with my insurance adjuster and save me the hassle of going back and forth between them. I can't say enough about the company and the people that work there.

Waterpro answered the phone with a live responsive person and pledged to come within the hour.  They did.  The two men who came were dressed professionally with ID assessed the situation quickly but thoroughly.  For example, some of the water was seeping into the area were the hot water heater and heater were stored.  They brought in their equipment, vacuumed up the water after removing the carpets for cleaning.  They returned the two carpet worth salvaging well cleaned. 

The were effective, efficient and cleaned before and after themselves to the point of wearing shoe coverings.

Could not be happier! Waterpro was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Debbie was very empathetic when I called in a panic after discovering water in our crawlspace 2 weeks before we were scheduled to sell the house. John came out that same afternoon and was finished removing the water in short order. He even made me laugh and smile on what was a pretty stressful day for me. Thank you John and Debbie (and Kevin). Waterpro saved the day.

In a word, excellent.  WaterPro was prompt, professional and very easy to work with. Mike and his crew got right to the clean-up and left the basement smelling sweet. They were very careful in cleaning up and did a terrific job. I would use them again in a heartbeat (although I hope that I don't have to). I will recommend them to my neighbors and colleagues as a first-class service provider who is prompt, reliable and very easy to work with. A sewer pipe back up in the basement is not a pleasant experience, but working with WaterPro made it almost bearable.  These guys are good.

I called Waterpro for an emergency service at about 10:30pm on a Friday. My hot water heater malfunctioned and released about 3 inches of water into my entire basement, which is approx. 1,000 sqft.  John Sullivan explained to me how to get the pilot off and make sure the appropriate water valves were turned off to eliminate any other issues that might occur. He explained to me that they would be at my house first thing in the morning to assess all the damage.  
The next day, Waterpro arrived at my house at 8:30am (on a Saturday, no doubt) with 3 guys. Very impressed! I showed them the damage and they went immediately to work. They had my basement cleaned out in about an hour and a half. Once the basement was cleared, they dried the ground and brought in the industrial fans and humidifier to dry out my entire basement. I had to leave them on until Monday to help eliminate any possible mold issues. On Monday, they came out, assessed and inspected the damaged areas, cleaned up the equipment and had everything the way I needed it to get the contractors in to finish up the damage work. By Tuesday, I was emailed the report to give the insurance company. 
I was very impressed with the quality of service we had with Waterpro. I highly recommend them to anyone who has water issues in their homes.

Steve and his partner arrived on time to perform the water mitigation service. They were professional and courteous and did a great job. They worked hard for five hours transferring contents from wet to dry boxes and removing items that were damaged.  They did a great job!  Highly recommend.

John Sullivan, the owner is a "White Hat" good guy. He came over to my office building within a few hours and figured out what my problem was. After speaking to him for a few minutes, I immediately knew that he was competent, capable and trustworthy person. Plus, he has a great sense of humor.

John Sullivan was prompt and responsive during this difficult time.   His crew did a great job with the clean up and removal  of rugs, drywall and moulding.  He provided numerous fans and dehumidifiers for moisture and odor removal.   He supervised the job from start to finish and informed us of his progress throughout the process.  I would definitely recommend his services to others.

My water heater broke early in the morning and flooded my finished basement. My plumber was the first call and they called Rainbow. They were at my house within 1.5-2 hours and started extracting water from the basement and the carpet. They filled the basement with 15 huge fans and visited the site everyday for 3 days until it was thoroughly dry. The guys were very professional and courteous. After the carpet dried it was heavily stained. Rainbow came back to shampoo the carpet and was able to remove all the stains. I decided I wanted to get new padding and have Rainbow do the job. I spoke to Mr. Sullivan who said he would be happy to do the job but it would probably be cheaper for me to work with the carpet people directly as he contracts them and would have to charge. I thought that was very kind of him to give me that information. I would have them back in a heartbeat.

For as much as we did not like having the basement full of water, i have to say that the overall experience was great.  Very professional people, knew their stuff and worked around our schedule.

Excellent...John and Rainbow are on my speed dial should anything like this happen in the future.  It's nice to know that there are dedicated professionals still available.

They arrived in a timely manner and did the following in two days:
cleaned and shampooed carpet
removed debris and trash
repaired windows and doors
hung mini-blinds
numerous carpentry and roof repairs

We awoke one night to find a pipe had burst in our upstairs bathroom and had been leaking for 3-4 hours. The water was pooled in the second floor bathroom and hallway, but the real damage was where the water had gone through the floor and was leaking through numerous places in the first floor ceiling. Our living room carpet was soaked through, there was water trapped behind the paint on the walls in our downstairs bathroom and dining room, our hardwood floors were soaked, the water was even dripping from every beam in the unfinished basement. We cleaned up what we could and called Rainbow the next morning at the suggestion of our insurance broker. They were out within a few hours and spent the next 5 hours, ripping out the carpet, removing the ceiling in the bathroom, and installing equipment to begin drying out the house. They used this system on our hardwood floors that used static pressure and airflow that saved us from having to completely rip them out. Tim came back out every day for 5 days to check the process. After two days went things weren't progressing to his liking, he took out more drywall in the bathroom, and a heat fan/tenting system to aid in drying the floors. I was impressed by how they worked to save as much as they could, but didn't hesitate to do what was needed to dry the house quickly. They were really great! My only negative comment would be, once the work was done and we needed to get the bill to the insurance company it took a number of phone calls before the responded. They were always responsive while the house was getting the work done, so I assume this was a fluke.

They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Everything went smoothly and they did a good job overall.

It took about a week for them to finish the job. They basically removed some dirt under the kitchen and  sprayed underneath it. They are very professional and very polished. They have been very helpful.

He did an excellent job knowing I had limited funds due to insufficient insurance coverage. He did an excellent job above my expectations at a reasonable price within my budget. More concerned about giving me the best possible service and end result than about charging me too much. He really cared. I don;t know anyone who could do a better job. I would highly recommend John Sullivan and his experienced well trained staff to anyone.
