It took over 10 hours for 2 men to finish the installation which I felt was excessive and felt they didn't do the installation correctly. When I called to complain the scheduler immediately suggested they send out someone to inspect the work and within 3 days someone came out and fixed 2 out of the 3 problems and said someone would be calling me and ordering a replacement part to fix the 3rd problem"
