Colonial marble refused to maintain it because they had not installed it. Finally I found Tony, the owner of Marble One Restoration. He thoroughly examined the marble, and explained several options to restore it. His price was reasonable and he was able to make the area sparkle, also explaining exactly how to maintain it between annual maintenance visits.
