He didnâ t try to upsell me. We discussed my top roof gutter that looked like a good heavy snow would bring it down and my front porch gutter whose only purpose seemed to be for watering the plant I stuck under its leak. The weather held up the team, but I appreciated the emails and phone calls to update my status. When the crew came out, they were friendly, polite, efficient craftsmen who fixed the existing gutter (they could have told me it needed to be replaced) and installed the new one.
