"This service started off very well but as time went on, they seemed to take advantage of the fact that it was one single individual living in a home which was rarely used and did the minimum amount of cleaning.  They would come in and out in a short time and I would find counter tops that were still dusty and cobwebs and dead bugs in the corners of the hardwood floors.  I brought these items up twice and they were corrected then it started happening again as they raised the price of the monthly cleaning so I stopped using them. Also, it would have been nice to get a phone call asking how things were going before raising the price, I might have continued to use them if they corrected the issues.  In all fairness they were very flexible with my schedule and attentive to my needs and they can be trusted, I never found anything stolen or broken and they came when they were suppose to and always called me first.  I was surprised, no one ever called me to see why I canceled."
