"When we needed to get all of our house locks re-keyed, we were referred to Rick by another locksmith who did not work on Saturdays. Rick took our call by 10:15, quoted an accurate price, arrived within the hour, and the work was completed by noon. Besides re-keying the locks, he made 8 keys for us and even made several door knobs and deadbolts work better than they have in years. Rick was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him.

"Having dealt with locksmiths in the city before, Isaiah and his team were a breath of fresh air. No hidden fees, no cutting corners. They took the time to explain to me the challenges that they faced and offered me solutions to accomplish what I wanted to achieve. We service a number of clients, from individuals and management companies to full build-outs on new developments. If you want it done right the first time, there is no other option in my opinion. We had a prior contractor do subpar work that could have cost us a substantial investment in refitting, but CPL offered us a number of solutions that allowed us to move forward with confidence.
