"Cleaned heating and cooling vents (did not install) The price was excellent. My house is 38 years old and the vents had never been cleaned. They also did my 2 bathroom fans. They were here within 3 working days of my call to schedule. Joe quoted me a special price on the phone. While he wrote his price on day of service. I reminded Joe of his phone quote, and he quickly met that price. I did not have to clean up much at all and they did NOT bring machines into my house, just hoses. There was one scratch on a bedroom dresser, but it cleaned up with wax and furniture stain ( canâ  t see it at all). "I did some research and got several quotes before I decided on Kathy's Cleaning. Their fee was very reasonable. They knew we would be gone for an unknown period of time. It turned out to be 9 months. Over that period of time, they contacted me a couple of times to alert us to some problems that needed attention from other service sources. They came once a month to keep the house from getting dusty and neglected. The biggest issue was some mold growing on the walls in a couple rooms. When we got home we noticed the problem was, atleast temporarily, under control. Rich had taken the extra time on his own to clean up the mold. We were so pleased. I highly recommend these people.
