I reminded Joe of his phone quote, and he quickly met that price. I did not have to clean up much at all and they did NOT bring machines into my house, just hoses. There was one scratch on a bedroom dresser, but it cleaned up with wax and furniture stain ( canâ  t see it at all). Joe presented me the various add on services ( mold, insects..,) but did not insist and even recommended not doing one option. I believe I got the best of services for the best of prices."

"I did some research and got several quotes before I decided on Kathy's Cleaning. Their fee was very reasonable. They knew we would be gone for an unknown period of time. It turned out to be 9 months. Over that period of time, they contacted me a couple of times to alert us to some problems that needed attention from other service sources. They came once a month to keep the house from getting dusty and neglected. The biggest issue was some mold growing on the walls in a couple rooms. When we got home we noticed the problem was, atleast temporarily, under control. Rich had taken the extra time on his own to clean up the mold. We were so pleased. I highly recommend these people. I would hire them again without thinking twice. Such a relief to be able to count on "strangers" to not just do a great cleaning job, but to look out for the place, as well!
