They were here within 3 working days of my call to schedule. Joe quoted me a special price on the phone. While he wrote his price on day of service. I reminded Joe of his phone quote, and he quickly met that price. I did not have to clean up much at all and they did NOT bring machines into my house, just hoses. There was one scratch on a bedroom dresser, but it cleaned up with wax and furniture stain ( canâ  t see it at all). Joe presented me the various add on services ( mold, insects..,) but did not insist and even recommended not doing one option. I believe I got the best of services for the best of prices."

"We have used H20tek in the past and our 3 story house had some facia blow off and they came in and attached the facia for us and cleaned gutters while they were there. Price was reasonable and I didn't even get a quote / trusted H20 and they were there quick and charged a reasonable price. I definitely would recommend them in the future and they are going to do some pressure washing on our patio as well. They also noted that the house probably doesn't need it again as we did recently, so they have no interest in selling you for things you don't need, which is also appreciated. Again, highly recommend and the owner Jonathan is very easy to work with for sure!"

"I did some research and got several quotes before I decided on Kathy's Cleaning. Their fee was very reasonable. They knew we would be gone for an unknown period of time. It turned out to be 9 months. Over that period of time, they contacted me a couple of times to alert us to some problems that needed attention from other service sources. They came once a month to keep the house from getting dusty and neglected. The biggest issue was some mold growing on the walls in a couple rooms. When we got home we noticed the problem was, atleast temporarily, under control. Rich had taken the extra time on his own to clean up the mold. We were so pleased. I highly recommend these people. I would hire them again without thinking twice. Such a relief to be able to count on "strangers" to not just do a great cleaning job, but to look out for the place, as well! A huge thanks to this crew!"
