"I live in a residential area and the work was done without any noise at all. I had a lintel above a window in my block-built garage replaced and the project was done in hours. Crew was very polite and friendly, the area was cleaned up before they left. They even repaired some mortar that had cracked when the lintel failed. "The cost of the masonry service was $1500. The cost of service for the concrete patio work was $3000. They did a nice job. There were no issues. I would use them again in the future, but I haven't been able to get in touch with them since then. When he was doing the work for me, he was great and very responsive. But he has kind of fallen off the radar; I don't know if he's still in business. He does what he says he is going to do when he is going to do it."
