"Bill, owner of Patterson Custom Concrete was doing a 2 lot sidewalk for a neighbor. While he was close by, I asked for estimate for my front sidewalk. I hired them, and Bill, Joe and the rest of his crew did a great job for me. In addition, they did a very small job for a elderly neighbor - just one small section of sidewalk for a very reasonable cost. "

We offer custom designs for flooring, showers, kitchens in addition to carpet, vinly, hardwood and more. We have nine employees and use our own installers. Estimates are free and we can bring the samples to your home ( 50 mi radius ),or you can visit our showroom. Our showroom features a kitchen area that allows you to see our cabinets and how they are constructed. The showroom also features a custom shower, custom sink, and different flooring ideas throughout.

"Rick at Epic took our deposit money and guaranteed a max amount would be withheld if we backed out our project. After receiving a quote that was $70k over our budget, which he said he could work within our budget and would not provide a quote without deposit, we decided to back out. During the whole process Epic cancelled or rescheduled meetings at the last minute several times and was overall unresponsive. Epic the billed us double what they initially said would be the max. After much discussion they finally agreed to honor the original agreement. Since then, they have not sent any additional refund that was agreed upon and have stopped responding to communication. This was our first experience with a home builder and the worst experience I’ve had with any vendor of any kind. There are plenty of builder options, STAY AWAY FROM EPIC!!!"
