Water came in the basement along a side wall, where the wall meets the floor. We called Dan for an estimate, along with 2 others. Dan scheduled an appt for an estimate a day later. His estimate was half the cost of the other 2 estimates and he fit us in his schedule to have the work completed the following Tuesday, starting at 6am. His crew was at the house at 5:50am on Tuesday, set up an impressive dust collection system, took 50 minutes to jackhammer out the floor, carry out the out concrete, and drill the holes in about 70ft! They then put in the gravel and pipe, and poured concrete to make it look like new. They were impressive and done in a few hour! We paid Dan with our Visa once the job was finished, so got cash back.
