I talked to the owner tim told him that our furnace wasn't working he sent his technician out within a half an hour and they have the problem fixed for a reasonable price.

The provider was very professional and was very careful bring equipment in and out of our home. He was also very careful to clean up after himself. Once we noticed the problem we called around. Once we got these folks, they were ready to come on that day. We couldn't have them on the day of the call but they came the very next morning. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

Started off ok, BUTin the end not so good. When HVAC contractor installed furnace they left garbage behind that should have been taken out of our basement, and also did not give us enough covers for heating ducts, (we were having some remodeling
done and carpenter contractor covered heating ducts til work was done). After installing the air conditioning unit in December, we were told they would have to come back when weather got warmer to start up air conditioning.
Never having central air before, we thought OK. They asked for total payment minus $225 that was to be paid when air conditioning was charged. So nice weather comes and we call for them to come charge up air conditioning and I am asked by owner of the company if the electricity was run for air conditioning unit. I told him I did not know and would
ask my husband. My husband said and quot;noand quot; that was part of the contract with the HVAC contractor. He was to INSTALL new furnace and air conditioning unit. When I called him back to tell him this he said it was not part of his proposal to do electrical work. So, my husband called Mr. Barton and left message for him to call us. When he finally called back he told my husband he was not qualified to do the electrical work or charge air conditioner and didn't have anyone that was qualified at that time (this is a
HVAC company). So we hired an attorney to send Mr. Barton a letter stating that the contract we had with him was to INSTALL new furnace and air conditioning unit, and install means to do all the work to finish the job. So in the end we hired another company to finish the work. Approximately two weeks later Mr. Barton called us back and asked if we were ready for him to finish the work. My husband called him back and left him a message stating since he said he was not qualified, we hired someone else to finish the
job. Second HVAC conrtactor noticed that heating safe guards on the furnace were connected incorrectly.

There was a little bit of difficulty at the beginning actually making a connection with the company, but after we did connect it was all good. The man who came to do the work was prompt and professional. He did several fixes for me as mentioned above. The main thing was replacing a toilet in my basement. The only thing that is the slightest bit negative is he had to install new piping/tubing from the water supply to the toilet. He had to cut a hole in the wall and I believe the and quot;finishedand quot; hole could have been done better and the shut off knob not sticking so far out from the wall, but rather positioned closer to the wall. But he was very neat and totally cleaned up everything when he was finished. He even took apart a drain/trap to look for an earring that I had dropped down the sink. And the only reason that the price was so high is the purchase price of the toilet.

Rang Bartons to ask for a plumber to come out and see where a leak was coming from in our shower and to give us an estimate to carry out the work involved. Dean from Bartons rang but we kept missing each other on the phone or we were not available at the time he was free, however he kept in touch and tried to find a time to suit us. At no stage did he give up and his efforts in staying in touch and following through were appreciated . Finally we had a day we were home and Dean came out, he looked at the leak, found the problem and told us what was required to fix it including a worst case scenerio price. He then asked if we wanted him to carry out the work that day. We were happy to have it rectified so quickly so said yes. Dean was very thorough, carried out the work quickly and effectively. We thought the price for the job done was good as well. Overall very happy with Bartons committment to the customer and the service they provided.

In order to put an addition onto our house, we needed to move the gas line and meter to avoid a conflict with the new room! Barton's called me back the same day I let a message, and we were able to agree on a date for an estimate quickly. Mr. Barton showed up on time, called me with the estimate the day he said he would, and completed the project, UNDER BUDGET, in the time frame he said. I've already recommended Barton's to friends and family, and hope he gets more work because of this!

I've used Barton on two separate occasions (for odd plumbing jobs - never an emergency) and both times I've received an estimate and work has begun the same day as my telephone call. Work was completed quickly and professionally and the prices were fair. I really couldn't ask for more. I had originally picked the company at random out of the phone book after trying for weeks to get another plumber in. It was a very lucky pick.
