"House was properly resupported and while digging for supports Gino noticed a larger water problem then originally thought. Additional sump pump and pit was suggested with extra drains prior to pouring concrete. I agreed and am glad I did. Pouring of concrete is complete. It's a large basement and as expected the concrete has a few spots that pool water. Gino has assured me that these spots will be leveled with a special concrete leveled in order to assure proper drainage in the event of water. Overall the sump pump system works well as it was tested with a large rainstorm.

They are professional, reasonable with pricing and schedules and they are able to offer in-house financing, which is sometimes necessary with mobile homes. In the end, I contracted CC&M to remodel my kitchen, my bathroom, my hallway, my bedroom, add a master bath, add a new laundry/utility room, replace heat-tape and upgrade some of the electric. From beginning to end, Mike and his crews were amazing. They are attentive to detail and their work is exsquisite. I had never done renovations before, but CC&M made me very comfortable with the whole process. It's been a month and a half since the work was done, and I couldn't be happier. My friends and family compliment me as soon as they walk in. As far as I'm concerned, if you need work done, CC&M is the company to call. Thank you for bringing my home back to life.
