"My friend is in the hospital recovering from major surgery. His wife is at home taking care of 3 adolescent boys from foster care. The home gets hit with a bed bug infestation and they need to relocate to an old mobile home while their house is being fumigated. I called ProTech on Friday afternoon and explained I needed to help my friend as there was an electrical issue at the trailer that needed to be fixed so the family could stay there. Less than 24 hours later their technician was at the trailer and fixed all the problems. Communication was great and constant, price was very fair and they did all this from one phone call.
