"They were professional and on time. They cared about our house and put down tarps and stuff to walk on. They did an excellent job on the installation and were helpful in explaining how the system worked. They went over all the components that they installed. From what I can tell, they did a neat job. They had to break a window to vent to the outside. They didn't clean up the broken glass on the outside of the house, but it was probably just an oversight."

"Mike was great and his team was too !   He scheduled the work quickly and actually visited the site prior to be sure he had the right equipment.  He and his team were right on time and the guys worked very hard in tight spaces doing a better job than the original contractor had done.  All of the damaged flex line was removed and brand new lines were installed and elevated with zip ties off the ground to better avoid varmint damage in the future.  Mike checked my furnace and did some quick maintanance in it for me.  He is extremely experienced and very personable, and his price was extremely fair.  I would (and will) call Mike Bowen for any and all future HVAC, electrical, plumbing and gas needs for my cottage.... "Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"THEY INSTALLED THE FURNACE AND A/C IN ONE DAY'S TIME. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK WITH A FEW MINOR EXCEPTIONS. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Sears was the only contracter that did a load calculation to determine the required heating and cooling to size the furnace. The only thing I did not like was the must sign today discount. Their price was higher but becayse of the way they determined the furnace size made the difference. The installer was a very personable man and did a very neat job.
