"Carpets are 13 years old in living room, dining room and guest bedroom. They came up like new. I was especially pleased with the grout cleaning in the master bath. My kitchen floor looked dingy because there were black dots on the floor where dirt had built up. Now the floor has been restored to its original appearance. One upholstered chair was still dark on the arms where there was piping. I called Clean Wave Carpet and they came back to remedy the problem. I thought they were only going to spot clean the chair.
