"Thomas & Thomas promptly called me to offer an estimate. Faced with less time to replace the carpets after moving in due to an emergency I offered to provide the measurements to save time. They professionally declined to skip that important step but were at my house early the next day. They were empathetic to my need for new carpeting as I ripped it out of the fixer upper in need of tlc because no carpeting was a huge improvement.
