"The Pro was outstanding No materials were necessary. The job took approximately 15 minutes. I am a disabled 73 year old Vet and my wife is 83. Everyone knows that people in our category are on fixed incomes. I was charged 395 for 15 minutes to replace 2 short facia sections. The price is predatory in my estimation. So seniors beware. I agreed to the price because I couldn't find anyone else and the job needed to be done for safety reasons. This is not an excuse to take advantage of the elderly."

Stucco can be a challenging material to work with, so hiring a professional contractor who has years of experience and specializes in stucco application is advisable. Stucco will dry in two to three days, but you should wait one to two months to allow it to cure fully before you paint it. The curing process is slow, but leaving the material exposed to air and natural moisture will help it reach its maximum strength. If you live in a hot, arid climate, wait a month before painting.
