Absolutely terrible experience. I suggested this floor company for my 76-year-old grandmother because it was local and had good reviews. First, after they took her deposit it took them weeks to confirm a date the installers would come. Second, once the date was finally confirmed the installers showed up on April 15th and didn't introduce themselves, give their names or even say hello. My grandmother politely asked them to put on a mask just while they talked to her since she has COPD and is on oxygen all day. Next thing we know, they didn't say a word, just stormed out of the house and drove away.  It took us 5 days to get a hold of someone in the office to see what happened while our furniture sat outside. She tried to talk to the owner, Eric Boyer. He refused to talk to her and no one in the office could explain what happened.  By day 5, we just wanted the $900 deposit back so we could move on. Eric refused to give it. The whole experience was a nightmare. We finally went with Empire. They came the same day and installed the next. Go with Empire.

Everything turned out well.  Ken, the installer, had over 20 years of experience, and it showed because he did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself each day, and acted professionally as well as courteously.  Furthermore, the price was commensurate with the quality of work, product, and service that we received.

Boyers Floor Covering Inc are excellent. Their pricing is a little bit high but their work is wonderful. They have done a huge amount of tile floor for us in the past year. They have done tiling and hardwood floors for us. They are very clean, pick up everything after themselves and their work is wonderful. They are coming next week to do carpeting for us. They will call you and ask you if there is any concern that you have so that they can come back. We will also be using them for our son's house. We use them for all our flooring needs, they are very good in everything with the exception of price. The quality of work and the knowledge are all worth the extra money that you pay.

I hired Boyers Floor Covering Inc. to install flooring in our home. They did 3 areas of flooring in our home and they did a very good job they were very responsive and they were prompt. Boyors Flooring is the pricier ones in our area but they use high quality material and they have an excellent reputation for installation. I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

There was only one person who put in our flooring in both rooms; he did it all by himself and he did a beautiful job. I will say their pricing is a little bit on the higher side but considering the job we think it was worth it. I will use them again in the future.

They really impressed me because they wrapped everything in plastic to cut down the cleaning time. They cleaned up themselves every evening very beautifully. They were very personable and I was very pleased with the work. They were very punctual and their price was the lowest of all other companies. There were two women in the showroom and they too were very good.

I am completely satisfied with the job that was done and would recommend Boyer's to anyone interested in new flooring. The sales staff is courteous. The person who did the installation was prompt. The workmanship is superior, and the work site was spotless when the job was completed.
