Last time I had to request a full refund, and surprise, they came out the next day."

Reluctant to fix anything, because it will be a complete redo. Instead, insist it is installed correctly, when it is not. Definitely will be issues down the road. If they do a shower for you, inspect their work carefully before your final payment. "
