He did but it is crooked and he could not adjust it stated it was permanent and that he could crrect it another time but it would be involved. In the end he charged me for 2 hrs labor and doing the job. He only hung one set of curtains and put up a crooked toilet paper holder for $60.00. I could have hung this crooked myself for nothing. very friendly"
