At Baptiste Masonry we take great pride in every job we do like it was our own home. With 25 years experience I have seen a lot of beautiful work done by others and I have also seen a lot of not so good work. My goal for my customers is for them to be 100% satisfied and have a smile on their face when the work is complete. The job is not complete until that happens. "We had experienced some water damage on our baseboards in the basement. I scheduled an appointment with Jack for a free estimate of necessary services. Jack arrived at the stated time and conducted a complete evaluation of the basement. To my delight the basement was found to be very dry and Jack recommended doing nothing at this time. Honestly, I would have believed someone less honest if told that my basement needed services. This company is very trustworthy and explained exactly why services are not warranted at this time. Have held onto his card and will call if necessary in the future. Would highly recommend because they are honest. This is one of those repairs that you really do need to trust what you're told without knowing too much about the process. Even if things don't go my way next time, I would be comfortable in the knowledge that I am being told the truth."

Kris was honest about the scope of their work and left the decisions up to me about what I thought I could afford and handle at this time. A few years ago, I had Bakers Waterproofing do some work for me in another part of the basement. Jessie was my service advisor at that time and he was also excellent! He was able to locate the immediate source of water coming into the basement from a spring outside. He showed me all the issues with my basement, however I chose to take care of part of the basement as the other part was not crucial at that time.
