"Bob showed up on time and did a great job. Can't believe he did all 10+ rooms in 3 hours. All the carpets look great. He advised to use additional cleaning agent for the basement due to presence of cat urine. I highly recomment this company. Walk-in closets and hallways were included without additional charges. "Cannot really answer these questions honestly, as the actual remodeling job has not been started. The material is ordered, but in the beginning, Tate said the job would start in late June. However, when he returned again to measure and choose the cabinets I asked when it would be started he said not until late Sept. Which was a great disappointment for me. I paid $9,000 that day so he could order the cabinets etc. (Which he did. Tate is very accommodating and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I guess the delay is due to the waiting time for the cabinets to be ready. Hopefully, the job will not be delayed again!"
