Had an electrician give a quote then give every excuse in the book not to do the work. Received quote in June, then it was too hot, behind on other jobs, etc. The list was endless. You will not find reliability or sound craftsmanship like this. I only sub-contract if needed and the customer is always informed. Each contract is negotiated differently and I always find a way to work with the customer to come to agreeable terms.
