Our goal is to offer partial to full bath remodels in 2-5 days for less than the competition charges for basic shower installations. "Home and changes are fine, but footer leaks and had to install sump pump and dehumidifier with full encap in crawl space. Also, builder didn’t use full dimensional lumber, but used ijoists without fire protection. Carried plastic gas line through the crawl space wall. Used 5x5 wooden piers to hold up my home instead of building block piers. Had to install jack posts to cover for this."
