"Our experience with Guardian has been nothing but exceptional. From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that I know."

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

As the job was originally hoped to be a lot less involved than it actually turned out to be as the original plumbing needed to be replaced for example, Joe communicated the changes needed from the original plans so that the best work could be done. Joe kept reminding us that we have to be happy with the work. Both my wife and I are very happy with the final look. Both bathrooms and the new family room are beautiful! "I called yesterday because we had a watermark on our ceiling and were afraid our roof had a leak. Tyler came today, inspected our roof, and fixed what he thought was the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us a new roof like some roofers automatically do. This company put on our roof many years ago, and we have not had any problems with it. It also recently put on a new roof on our son’s home, as well as his neighbor’s home. We would definitely use this company again."

"We were at the point of replacing our roof and did an extensive search for a roofing company. After speaking with several companies we chose Roofing Logic, based in Quakertown, PA. Leslie, the owner, provided a very clear, informative and low-pressure presentation, offering many options based on price and type of materials available. Results were excellent and we were extremely pleased with the professional, hardworking crew, who arrived on-time and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. Mike, the foreman, was on-site throughout. But the story continues. Just a few months later we were hit by a severe storm that did extensive damage to the outside of the house. Of course we called Roofing Logic back to do the work, this time including a new roof, siding, rake metals, fascia, soffit, gutters and downspouts. Again the results were excellent. We especially appreciated Leslie and Mike making several trips to assess our damage and helping us work with the insurance company to ensure that all damages were properly identified and repaired. Leslie, Mike and his entire crew are professional, on-time, thorough and extremely courteous. Our projects were completed in a timely manner and the job site was left spotless upon completion of the project. "First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. They were timely and polite. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind. I would definitely recommend them."
