"So, back in June 21st, 2025, I decided to hire Prosolutions Home Innovations to build a deck for me. You know, just wanted to spruce up the place a little. But let me tell you, for a good 3 months, nothing happened. Just a bunch of false promises and delays. It was like pulling teeth trying to get a hold of them, I swear. I tried texting, calling, all that jazz. They were pros at dodging me, tell ya. And get this, within those 3 months, the deck I already had was torn down. Can you believe it? Torn down without a deck to replace it. They kept feeding me lies about when they were gonna actually start building the new one. My family missed out on our whole summer vacation all because of these scammers. So, had to bite the bullet and hire another contractor to finally get our deck done, otherwise, we'd be missing out on enjoying the fall weather too. Lesson learned, right?
