Carl is a perfectionist... his work is exceptional and exceeded my expectations. He removed old wallpaper and paste, completely repaired all imperfections and nail pops, caulked edges, primed and applied two coats of BM Regal Select Matte finish to walls. He also repaired defects in the baseboard/ crown molding and repainted. Lastly, he repaired and painted drywall damaged during installation of two skylights and made them perfect. They removed popcorn ceiling in 3 very large rooms and a hallway and painted all these areas, too. Paint is clean and neat, and they definitely took the extra time and put in extra effort to make the house look beautiful. The floors were cleaner after they left than before they started!
