I then asked if he could do a couple extra items while he was there and he didn’t even hesitate to say yes, no problem., continued to knock out those things in record time and quality. I’m very impressed with Jose and his team and they far exceeded my expectations. There is no doubt that if they continue to do this level of commitment they will rise to the top level of their trade and most likely need to hire more crews. Despite multiple messages asking for updates or a resolution, I have received no reply. To make matters worse, they have refused to refund the money I paid for the incomplete work. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I trusted them to deliver on their promises, and they have let me down at every turn. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you want a company that stands by their work and communicates with their customers. I will not be using their services again."
