Hard to find ANYTHING that went wrong on this project! I dealt with Chad from the initial estimate to the final payment and he was exceptional in every way. After giving me some great creative suggestions about the garden and selection of plants, Chad had his crew in/out in a single day. They completely removed a huge maple tree (stump grinded and roots taken out); removed the original grass and replaced it all with some fantastic looking fescue Sod. Another tree was removed on the side of the house and the garden was installed including 8 plants and decorative river rock accents. Very impressive. At 1 point we had 10 guys doing there thing. They were all very hard working and polite (a plus). They took 2 1/2 hour breaks and each knew exactly their role without having to be micromanaged. They worked very well together. I am confident I got the best job possible at a very reasonable price! Highly recommended vendor. (Ask for Chad if you call them).

They did our spring cleaning, and most of our front and back yard. It was very good. He charges $15 every other week to cut and edge our yard. We have used him for a year and they have been excellent. They do not come to do your snow, until you have at least 3 inches of snow. This last winter we only used them 3 times. I have been very happy with them. I think the cost is excellent. They were supposed to come on Friday, but he said he was so backed up because of the rain and so he would come out on Monday. I have never spoken to him, when I call up, I talk to him mother.

Cut once a week during season

This is exactly what we wanted for our small yard. This was for multiple visits..

We are very satisfied with Jason's work and approach to bidding on small projects.

They did a good job. They were there when we needed them. They got the driveway done so we could get out. Everything worked out well.

He came on the day specified with his crew and removed all winter debris. We have lots of leaves.

He leveled our slate walk way.

He removed most of the weeds in our back yard.

He supplied and applied about 8 yards of mulch.

He worked a long hard day with his crew, but got everything done in a day.

We plan to have him help us with mowing in the future.

We have used them about 3 times now after heavy snow, and they have come out each time, and taken care of it. They shoveled the walkway, and took care of the driveway. They show up, they do the job, and the pricing is reasonable. The work they do turns out very well.

Weekly Mowing: Jay's Landscaping always does excellent work and our lawn have appeared neat and clean. We live on a 1.5 acre land, and Jay's has always been communicative regarding our needs and responsive to our feedback.
Aeration/Fertilizing: Jay's Landscaping aerated/fertilized our lawn this past fall (2013), and we hope to see great results.
Leaf Collection: Jay's Landscaping has collected leaves during the past two years, and has done a fantastic job.

Jay's Landscaping has been caring for ALL of my lawn care needs for approximately 3 years. After Jason (the owner) cuts my lawn, (which is just about an acre), he edges the sides of the lawn. He also makes sure that there is no grass on my driveway or sidewalk. Last year he recommended that I power wash my patio. Well, he did an excellent job. I could not believe the transformation in the pavers and overall look of the patio. The pavers LOOKED LIKE NEW! He also applied some type of sealer on the paves that gave them a and quot;wetand quot; look. I now LOVE, LOVE the look of my patio. Additionally, during the winter he plows my driveway. He even comes out every year before the first snow fall and places long white poles along side the driveway. Apparently, he uses the poles as a guide which prevents him and me from driving on the lawn.
