He handed me copies of his Contractor's Certificate and professional card as he greeted me. He did a careful analysis, explained clearly how he would approach the drainage issues and my other needs, and sent a prompt email to confirm his proposal and the cost of the project (which I felt was very reasonable, in view of the challenges of the task).
