"overall good experience, we had a large 3 pane sliding window installed , and the installation was good, problem was they did not have the right glass in the window , was supposed to be tempered and it was not, the person that measured everything made a mistake or didn't record the distance from floor to window and it was only 14 " which requires tempered glass , they thought it was over 24 " , it took another 3 -4 weeks for them to replace it with the right panes. All the people we dealt with were very professional and pleasant and the price was not bad especially since it came with life time warranty for the product and installation. Definitely recommend them and will use again if i need more windows done"
